Lead a complete organization and aesthetic overhaul of Atlas, the U.S. News & World Report design system.

Figma Migration

Started the process of migrating the U.S. News Design System to Figma as it has become a more widely adopted design tool. I took the lead in this process utilizing my previous experience in the design system and interest in operations.

Performance Marketing Redesign

Developed new page designs and components specifically for performance marketing that leans into the mobile experience.

Quizzard

It can be difficult to know where to start when searching for a new product or service. I had a key role in building the "Quizzard" recommendation tool which helps users start their search on the right foot by making a recommendation based on their identified needs.

Research Operations

Led Usability Research Operations to build a system for performing and documenting research, with learning materials to help identify what method is best for what scenario. Democratized research so teams can more easily learn from their users.
